Regular shipping (7-12 business days) ($35) , 3 day ($80),
or overnight ($95 -$125)for all selections*. If order is cancelled before shipping, there is a full refund of all charges if items were not personalized.
If personalized, there is NO REFUND at any time. ALL URN SALES ARE FINAL. Should a return be approved, and the urn is returned unused, there is a minimum 50% restocking fee including charges for shipping.
NO URNS are allowed to be returned or receive a refund until approved by Casket Gallery, OR if it has been used or been touched by any cremated remains at all.
All returns and refunds must be approved by www.CasketGallery.com before returning.
